I found out something , Thats is the newly promote burger - MEGA MAC.
Although it's sound Mega , but it just contain 2 beef pattie extra and a bit taller than usual BIG MAC.
For those who having a big jaws , You can dig in Mc donald for this , Plus they having extra big mac for free.(terms and condition apply) . I forgot how to win the big mac already. I was busying with my N95 in restaurant and get camie angry...*pif*

The price is rm13 something compare to rm9 something for the big mac.
(personally doesnt agree this because 2 beef pattie for rm4 ?!)
